EDWARD SADER Peacefully at Concordia Hospital on June 4, 2000, Dad entered eternal rest after a brief struggle with cancer. He will be missed by his wife Simona (Erker) his five children, Margaret, Elizabeth (Brian Cieszynski), Edward Jr. (Terry), Carl, and Ted (Tammy). His grandchildren, Lyndsay, Chelsea, Karly, Nicholas, Lucas, Levi, Kristy and Kelley will greatly miss their opa and grandpa. Dad also leaves to mourn his brother Adolf; his sister-in-law Lydia; his sisters, Olga and Wanda; sister-in-law Linda Sader; brother-in-law Tony Erker and sister-in-law Stefie Erker; brother-in-law Stan Erker; special niece Susan Sader and numerous nieces and nephews. Dad was preceded by his parents, Julius and Leokadia; his brothers, Gustaf and Rudy; two brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law and special nephew Christopher James. Dad was born in Siberia on May 21, 1918. (Dad shared his day of birth with a grandson) He grew up in Poland. Dad came to Canada in 1948. He met Mom in Winnipeg and they were married on February 10, 1951. Dad worked hard for many years at both Weston McGavin Bakeries and at Dominion Tanners. During his brief stay at 3 east at Concordia Hospital, God sent angels to look after dad and us. They included Alice, Alicya, Janina, Linda, Sandy, Shirley at reception, Dr. Pat Harris, his roommate Bill and numerous others. A private family service will be held. Cremation will take place and Dads ashes will be laid to rest with his parents in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, we would ask that you give to the Cancer Society. We are comforted in knowing that you are in the Lords arms as He strokes your brow and takes all pain away. We love you and will greatly miss you Dad. ...Though I walk through the valley of death, I shall fear no evil, for Lord, you are with me. (Psalm 23) NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
