Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • I was sorry to read about the passing of your father and grand/great grandfather George. My family is also from Gardenton, Manitoba. My grandfather was Wasyl Krishka and my grandmother was Softa Krishka (nee Kuzak). They had eight children: George, Ann, Marie, Metro, Olga, Nick, Wayslka (my mother) and Dumca (Doris) I have been trying to do our family tree but keep hitting brick walls. My grandfather was a town planner and in retirement years was the postmaster. Their final retirement home is situated next to the cemetery on first avenue. I am sorry that this is such an unorthodox way to meet and I hope that you will forgive me this lapse of good taste. But are we related? Yours in hope Denise (the french is from my Dad's side) - Posted by: Denise P Campbell (Unsure) on: Dec 31, 2014
