JOANNE FRANCINE (FLEURY) CYMBALISTY In loving memory of Joanne Francine (Fleury) who on Friday, June 2, 2000 at 8:22 p.m. passed away at St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon, SK, after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Jo will be sadly missed by her loving husband Wayne; children, Kristy and Michael; mother Thelma Penner of Gimli, MB; brothers, Rick Fleury of High River, AB and Tommy Lomenda (Monica Wood) of Calgary, AB; sisters, Lucy Fleury of Calgary, Colette Beck (Al) of Gimli, and Kathy Davies (Todd) of Cambridge, ON; mother and father-in-law, Victor and Martha Cymbalisty of Saskatoon; sisters-in-law, Rish Anderson (Rick) of Silton, SK, Darlene and Ev Cymbalisty of Saskatoon; brother-in-law Bill Cymbalisty (Sharon) of Saskatoon; and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her father Art Lomenda in 1986. Jo was born in Sudbury, ON on April 1, 1960. After graduating, Jo chose a career in the insurance field. She worked at Great West Life Assurance Co., and there she made numerous friends whom she considered family. Jo had many interests, but mostly enjoyed camping, travelling, biking and bowling with her husband and children. Jos greatest fulfilment in life was her love for her family, friends and pets. The family would like to express their thanks to Jos co-workers, medical staff, family and friends during Jos battle with cancer. Donations in Jos memory if directed to Breast Cancer Research, care of Royal University Hospital Cancer Clinic, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0W8 will be graciously acknowledged by the family. A memorial service will be held from Park Funeral Chapel, 311 Third Ave., North, Saskatoon on Tuesday, June 6 at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Henry Janzen. Jos cremated remains will be laid to rest with her father in Gimli at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wade Tuba of PARK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 244-2103.
