Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE MAUTHE (nee PROSKURNIK) Peacefully, on Sunday, June 4, 2000, Pauline Mauthe, passed away at the age of 87 years at Fred Douglas Lodge. Pauline was born in Gretna, MB. Her family moved to Winnipeg in the 1920s and she married Roy Mauthe sometime in October, 1935. She was predeceased by her husband Rhindhart (Roy). Her father William passed away in Gretna, MB when she was very young. Her mother passed away in Winnipeg; sisters Anne Karin of Montana, U.S.; Helen Werman, Cavalier, N.D.; Kathleen Lutchyt of Winnipeg; also brothers John, Alex and Peter. She will be missed by her sister Mary Tysowski of Winnipeg, as well as nieces and nephews in Winnipeg and some in the United States. Pauline worked as a forelady at one of the Egg Plants in Winnipeg until her retirement. Her company once sent her to Israel for her to train new recruits at their new plant. During the summer months you would find Pauline tending her garden and flowers. We would like to thank the staff at the Fred Douglas Lodge for the kindness and care during her stay there. Prayers will be said at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 7 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at Luxton Avenue. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 8 at 10:00 a.m. also at Cropo Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery.
