ROBERTA (BOBBI) MARY ALEXANDRIA McLACHLAN (nee LAWSON) August 29, 1940 - June 4, 2000 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wife and mother, with her family by her side at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her father John Lawson. Bobbi leaves to mourn her husband Jim of 40 years; her sons Rob (Donna), Larry (Molly), Corey (Marie) and three loving granddaughters Rebecca, Melissa and Janet. Also left to cherish her memory is her mother Mary Lawson (91) her sister Jackie (Harvey) and niece Michelle. Prior to Bobbis illness she worked for Eatons and later at The Northwest Co. where she enjoyed her work and friendships. Devoted to her family, her favourite times were celebrations and holidays when everyone was together. Our thanks to the staff of the Health Sciences Centre and the St. Boniface I.C.U. Cremation has taken place, there will be no funeral service at her request. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bobbis memory may be made to The Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
