VALERIE MARGARET BERG Accidentally on June 6, 2000, Valerie Margaret Berg, aged 19 years, four months and four days. Stunned with grief by her tragic loss are her parents, Nancy and Gerry Berg; sister Joanne Berg; brothers, Steven and Kevin Berg; nephew Dylan Berg; grandparents, Millie and Sigvard Berg and John and Pat Wilson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many friends. Valerie filled every moment of her short life as full as she could. She spent many years volunteering at St. Amant Centre and enjoyed it immensely. She graduated from Windsor Park Collegiate in 1999 and had spent the last year working at Burger King. She was considering a career in management. Valerie touched the lives of all who knew her and she will never be forgotten by those who will love her into eternity. A memorial service in celebration of Valeries life will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 10, in the chapel of Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (across from the Royal Canadian Mint). Interment Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Lawn Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in Valeries memory may be made to the St. Amant Centre Inc., 440 River Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 3Z9.
