DIGNA GUTKNECHT December 20, 1965 - June 8, 2000 Peacefully on Thursday, June 8, 2000 Digna, age 34 years, beloved wife of Alan, and mother of Justin and Bryce passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. Dig as she was affectionately known was a devoted wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend. She loved life, and all it had offered. Even though she is no longer with us, she will live on within our hearts forever. She leaves to cherish her memory her parents Federico and Carmen; brothers Ceasar wife Bonnie, Dante wife Vicky, Hermie wife Aida, Rey wife Helen, Jessie wife Candy; sister Susan Guanzon husband Willie; her parents-in-law Phyllis and Harold; sisters-in-law Donna Lobay husband Bill; brothers-in-law James, and Gordon; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. (Viewing) Lemay will be held on Tuesday June 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Wednesday June 14, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Thursday June 15 at 2:00 p.m. at Springs of Living Water Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd., Pastor Cameron Fontaine officiating. Interment Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Wong and staff of the St. Boniface Hospital for all their care and compassion.
