MARY LOW (nee KERR) May 15, 1915 - June 9, 2000 Peacefully with her daughter at her side, Mary passed away at St. Boniface Hospital on June 9, 2000 at the age of 85 years. Mary is survived by her daughter Elaine and grandsons, Neil and Glen. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ben in 1996 and her much loved son-in-law George Doylend in 1992. Mary was born in Carstairs Junction, Scotland, May 15, 1915 and came to Canada in 1920. In 1990 she was thrilled to be able to visit her birthplace, along with Ben, George and Elaine. Mary was a long time member of Queen Winnipeg Chapter #1 O.E.S. serving as Worthy Matron in 1962. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Highway #1 East at Navin Road. We would like to thank the staff of E-5 Wing who have been so kind, also to Ann and Michelle for their visits and kindness to mom. Thank you to all her friends for their phone calls and visits, she appreciated each and every one of you. Mom donated to many charities that were important to her.
