Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHOMAS (TOM) MacKENZIE DOUGALL Thomas (Tom) Mackenzie Dougall passed away after a brief illness on Saturday, June 10, 2000. Born in Winnipeg on February 19, 1923, Tom excelled in his schooling and attained his BA at the University of Manitoba. During the Second World War, he served as an officer with the P.P.C.L.I. in Italy. After the war Tom returned to the University of Manitoba and completed his degree in law. After working in Manitoba with the Attorney Generals Office, Tom and Doris moved to Calgary in 1950 where he worked for Chevron as the Manager of the Land Department. During his 39 years with Chevron, Tom enjoyed the excitement of the oil industry and the opportunities to work on various projects throughout North America and Europe. After his retirement, Tom became actively involved with the Museum of the Regiments and took great pride in serving his regiment as an interpreter for visitors to the museum. Toms friendship and sense of humour will be greatly missed by many. Tom is survived by Doris, his devoted wife of 50 years; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Derek Bulmer; a son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Linda Dougall; and four grandchildren, Eryn, her fiance, Neil Barrett, Christie and Matthew Bulmer, and Erik Dougall. He is also survived by a sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Ted Allan of Edmonton; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Grace Presbyterian Church, 1009 - 15th Avenue S.W., Calgary, on Friday, June 16 at 11:00 a.m. To email expressions of sympathy: condolences@mcinnisandholloway.com Subject Heading: Tom Dougall.
