Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRUCE DOUGLAS HADDAD December 1, 1953 - June 13, 2000 Peacefully on Tuesday, June 13, 2000 in Winnipeg with his mother and siblings at his side. Lovingly remembered by his children Bruce Jr., Christina and Alexandra and their mother in Toronto and daughter Emily and her mother Cathy in Winnipeg. Bruce will be forever remembered by his parents Pearl and Sherrold Haddad and sisters Cheryl, Barbara, Trish (Steve Mikos) and brother Jim., as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Bruce was employed in the automotive industry for most of his career; first with General Motors in Toronto and subsequently with the family automotive businesses in Vancouver and Winnipeg. Bruces greatest joy was his time spent with his four children. His consideration and compassion for others was known by those who had the good fortune to know him. Bruce maintained a passion for poetry, writing and music, as well as a love of middle eastern History and philosophy. Bruces extended illness was greatly relieved by the constant love and care of his very devoted mother. A very special thank you to the outstanding staff at the Grace Hospital for their compassion and personal attention. The celebration of Bruces life will be held on Friday June 16, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley Street, with reception to follow.
