Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJEAN MORRISON (nee ROCHELEAU) Passed away at St. Boniface Hospital on June 14, 2000. She was predeceased by her husband, Duncan George Morrison and her son Donald Edward Morrison. She was born in Hull, Quebec on October 8, 1913 and is the last of eight children to pass away. She had a very successful career as a Real Estate Representative in Dartmouth, NS. She as well worked many years at St. Boniface Hospital and upon her retirement worked hard at improving her horticultural skills. However, she informed many that her most important job was being a super Mom to her four boys, who she raised alone for the majority of their younger years. Education was important to her and she supported all her sons in their quest and successful completion of post-secondary education. Her immediate family includes, sons and daughters-in-law, Stewart and Pat Morrison of Elutheria, Bahamas, Harry and Barb Morrison of Okotoks, Alb., David Morrison of Winnipeg. She took great pride in her grandchildren and their spouses, Duncan and Angela Morrison and Stewart and Lesley Morrison all of Winnipeg, Sue and Paul Davidson of Cranbrook, BC, Chris and Kelly-Ann Morrison, Mark and Trish Morrison and Mike Morrison all of Calgary, Her pride and joy were her four great-grandchildren, Brett, Carey, Shannon and Emily. She was truly the Grand Dame of the Morrison family and her legacy is her family. She was loved and will truly be missed by all. The family wishes to thank Jane of V.O.N., Home Care Staff and 6A of St. Boniface Hospital. A memorial service will be held at Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk, MB at 3:00 p.m.. Saturday, June 17.
