Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or Memory"MARY" MARIE CAROLINE KREUTZER Peacefully on Saturday, June 17, 2000 at the Portage General Hospital, "Mary" Marie Caroline Kreutzer, age 84 years, of Portage la Prairie reunited with her Father in heaven. Visitation will be held in the Chapel of the Omega Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 21 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church, 209 Jordan St. E., Plumas, MB on Thursday, June 22 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Klein officiating. Interment will follow at Tupper Cemetery, Plumas. Born in Winnipeg, MB on September 4, 1915, daughter of the late Thomas and Rose Kreutzer, moved to Plumas in her young childhood years. She then moved to Portage la Prairie, Glenella, back to Plumas and then back to Portage la Prairie where she spent her final years. Mary did mostly housekeeping and worked on the farm. She devoted her life to her family. She mostly enjoyed her hobbies of sewing at Lions Manor, as well as visiting with family and friends, whom she always had a smile for. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Rose Kreutzer; three sisters, Ella, Harta and Kattie; four brothers, Frederick, Paul, Chris, Charles; daughter Maybel; grandchildren, Jo-Joe, Joy, Robert, as well as sons-in-law, Jerry Methot and Joe Houle. She leaves to mourn brother Henry (Margaret) Kreutzer of Weyburn, SK, daughter Mary Houle of Brandon, MB, her children, Janet, Leo, John, George and Rosemary; son Ernest John Bryant of Plumas and his children, Cathy, John, Paul and Carol; son Henry Bryant of Vancouver, BC and his daughter Charlene; daughter Rose (John) Buckley of Winnipeg, MB and their children, Diane (Derek), Mario, Gary, Stanley, Darlene (Randy) daughter Elizabeth (Frank) Cowan of Dugald, MB and their children, Bobby (Shawndrea) and Shirley (Chad) daughter Jeannie (Hughie) Kreutzer of Portage and their son Jason. She also leaves to mourn 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Casket bearers will be Jason Kreutzer, Bobby Cowan, Leo Houle, John Bryant, Stanley Methot, Mario Methot. Should friends so desire memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Manitoba, 21 Royal Rd., S., Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1T8.
