HILDEGARD (HILDA) TROENDLE On Friday, June 16, 2000, Hilda Troendle passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 86. Hilda was born November 27, 1913 in Windthorst, Saskatchewan where she was raised and received her education. After moving to Winnipeg, she was employed at St. Boniface Hospital for most of her career. Hilda had many religious affiliations including the Catholic Womens League, St. Marys Cathedral, the 3rd Order of St. Francis, The White Fathers, and St. Anthonys Fraternity. She was predeceased by her brothers, Edward and Alfred Troendle; her sisters, Clara Troendle, Mary Schuster and Ida McNaughton. She leaves to mourn her passing her brother George Troendle; her sister Martha Dawson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, June 23 from St. Marys Cathedral, 353 St. Mary Ave. at 10:00 a.m. with Father D. Gurr officiating. Interment will take place in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens with a reception to follow in Chapel Lawn Reception Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Hilda can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
