ELIZABETH A. (BETTY) McNISH Peacefully on June 11, 2000, at the North Shore Private Hospital. She is survived by her sons, David Hinks of North Vancouver, Larry McNish and three grandchildren of Calgary; and sister Nancy Perrin of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her two husbands, C. David Hinks and M.A. McNish; and her son Bruce McNish; and by her brother Don McKay of North Vancouver; and sister Eleanor Emmett of Winnipeg. Betty spent much of her working life at Deer Lodge Hospital and was active in Deer Lodge United Church until moving to Vancouver in 1989. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. At her request, rather than a service, a farewell party will be held.
