MARY SLOBODIAN Peacefully, on Friday June 23, 2000, at the St. Boniface Hospital, Mary Slobodian, passed away at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her husband John Slobodian on July 11, 1994. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her son Bill(Eileen) Warnick of Victoria; grandson Bob(Linda) Warnick of Langley, B.C., their children, Stuart, Jeff and Jason, grandson Ken(Jane) Warnick of Okotoks, Alta., their children, Doug and David; sisters, Helen(George) Prost of Wpg. and Kaye Dunn of Brandon; brothers, Peter(Marion) Warnick of Langley, B.C., Bill(Phyllis) Warnick of Brandon, Mb. and Steve(Helen) Warnick of Calgary, Alta.; many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank everyone for their never ending love and support during Marys last few months, especially, Debbie, Doris, Dave. It is people like you that make this world a better place to live in. Also thanks to her friends and staff at Catherine Place for their care and kindness over the past few years. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, June 29, at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery.
