ELIZABETH "JOYCE" DUFF 1936 - 2000 Peacefully after an 18 month battle with lung cancer, Joyce passed away Saturday, June 24, 2000 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Joyce was predeceased by her mother and father and her sister Cora Docherty. Joyce is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Jim; her daughters Cindy Brown (Dave), Irene Bolianaz (Dave) and loving grandchildren, Jared, Chandra, Chase and Danielle. Her sister Gloria Hyslop and brother Clifford Berriman (Ester) of Winnipeg. The family would like to thank Dr. Pat Harris and the nurses from Oncology at Concordia Hospital. Also the staff on the 5th floor, sections 1 and 3 at Seven Oaks Hospital. A special thanks to Dr. M. B. MacMillan for his compassionate care throughout Joyces illness. In accordance with Joyces wishes, cremations has taken place and no service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyces name to Manitoba Cancer Research and Treatment Foundation.
