KAROLINA LUCKAY Karolina Luckay of Dauphin, MB passed away peacefully at the St. Pauls Personal Care Home, Dauphin, MB on Monday, June 26, 2000 at the age of 94 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Nicoli and Oleska Derkach; husband Harry Luckay on July 4, 1957; brother Joe Derkach; sister Mary Bazowski; stepsister, Leona Leslie and stepbrothers, Mike and John Wawryk. Karolina leaves to mourn her passing her daughter Elizabeth and husband Allan Trombo of Ladywood, MB; son Stanley Luckay and his wife Gail of Dauphin,; grandchildren, Karen and her husband Dan Horbas, Ladywood, Leah (Greg), Winnipeg, David (Susan), Winnipeg, Jennifer Luckay, Yellowknife, NWT; great-grandson, Santana, Winnipeg; sister-in-law Agnes Luckay of Fillmore, SK; stepbrother-in-law Andrew Leslie of Seashelt, BC. Also surviving are many extended family. Prayers will be offered on Wednesday, June 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the Dauphin St. Viators Roman Catholic Church. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 29 at 10:00 a.m. in the St. Viators Roman Catholic Church. Rev. Fr. Mark A. Tarrant will officiate and interment will follow in the Dauphin Riverside Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Friends who so desire may make memorial donations to the charity of ones choice.
