CLAUDIA CECILE COOK June 20, 1971 - July 2, 2000 Tragically, on July 2, 2000, Claudia Cook, 29 years, passed away. She was predeceased by her infant brothers, Kingsley (1969) and Ronald (1971). She leaves to mourn her passing: her partner, Melvin Swan; parents, Raymond and Jeanette Cook; children, Bodhi Ray (8 years) and Bodhina Mae (7 years) sisters, Kendra (Dave), Muriel (Roy) and Debra; brothers, Floyd and Ray Jr. (Daphne) nephews, Kelson, Roman and Lawrence; aunts and uncles, John (Susan), James, Ted (Mary), Ralph, and Burma (Leslie) and numerous cousins, other extended family and friends. Also, her many friends and colleagues of Southeast Child & Family Services, a department of Southeast Resource Development Council. She was the Travel Coordinator for C.F.S. and worked there for seven years. Her boundless energy and smiling face will be remembered by all. Wake services will be held at the Cook residence in Seymourville, MB from July 5, 6, and 7, 2000. Funeral service will be held at the Roman Catholic Church at 2:00 p.m. on July 8. Aboriginal Funeral Home in care of the arrangements. "A gift from Creator was given to Jeanette and Ray. A beautiful baby girl to cherish and love. Then He suddenly called you home this past Sunday, His special child on loan from above. He reminds us that in her children she will live on And in our hearts, our memories, and each new dawn..."
