Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONALD HOLLAND On Sunday, July 2, 2000at the Misericordia Hospital, Donald Holland passed away at the age of 89 years. Donald was born in Birmingham, England December 3, 1910. Due to an illness in the family, he was unable to sail to Canada on the R.M.S. Titanic. He spent his life in the insurance business retiring as western branch manager of Sun Insurance Office Limited. He was one of the founders of the Order of the Blue Goose, a member of the Insurance Underwriters Association, the St. Vital Curling Club and the Humane Society. He was an avid gardener, a good cook and avid reader and he loved to travel. Donald was also an excellent amateur artist who had a real zest for life. Donald leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Sandra Cameron (Bill) of Ile des Chenes and Margaret Ann Livingstone (Denis) of Winnipeg; grandchildren, Scott (Danny), Kirsten (Len) and Michael (Cindy) great-grandchildren Alexandra and Taylor; sister Mabel Steeds of Powell River, B.C. and very dear friend and companion Yvonne Boyd. He was predeceased by his sisters Elsie and Jess and brother Herbert. At his request cremation has taken place and no service will be held. NEIL BARDAL INC. 984 Portage Ave. 949-2200
