ANNA McNEILL December 30, 1911 - July 6, 2000 In loving memory of Anna (Annie) McNeill who passed away at the age of 88 years, our beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Annie is survived by her husband Alexander McNeill; her children, Evangeline (Lyle) Shunk, Daniel (Beverly) McNeill, Elaine (John) Brock, Charles McNeill, Ruth McNeill and Robert (Leslie) McNeill. Annie is also survived by her grandchildren, Ted, Tim, Terry, Kent, Karla, Simon, Greg, Karen, Ashley, Jessica, Sydney Anna and her great-grandchildren, Ashley Lynn, Mitchell and Kahlan. Annie is also survived by her sister, her brother, her sisters-in-law, her brother-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews. Born Anna Hiebert on December 30, 1911 on the family farm near Niverville, Man., she was the second youngest of six children. She met Alexander McNeill at Rock Lake Camp, Man. in the summer of 1930 and was married August 25, 1934. Annies children were her greatest pleasure in life. She loved each of them unconditionally and had a quiet smile that was special for each of them. She was warm, gentle, kind, caring, understanding, sympathetic and loving. She could always be counted on. The family wishes to extend sincere appreciation to the staff of Bethania Personal Care Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11 in the Buntain Chapel of the A.H. Argue Building, Calvary Temple, 400 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Man. with Pastor H.H. Barber officiating. Interment will take place at the Elmwood Cemetery.
