DENNIS RUSSELL MURRAY It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Russell Murray on June 26, 2000 in Bloomington, Indiana at the age of 35 years. Dennis was the loving husband and best friend of Laura Lynne (McKibbin) and proud father of his seven year old son Dylan Ross. He also leaves to cherish his memory his father and mother, Gordon and Doreen of Neepawa; brother Bruce (Cindy) and sons Scott and Connor of Carman; sister Brenda Christopherson (Craig) and children, Murray and Jennalyn of Dauphin; mother and father-in-law Lynne and Bob McKibbin of Portage la Prairie; brothers-in-law Doug (Ron) of Vancouver, B.C. and Don (Deb) and sons, Brett and Brendan of Brandon; and sister-in-law Heather (Ian Smart) of San Antonio, Texas and numerous extended family members and friends. The majority of Dennis early years were in Neepawa. At the University of Manitoba he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture in 1992. Laura Lynne and Dennis were married on May 10, 1991 in Carman. They moved to Tucson, Arizona and later settled in Bloomington, Indiana. Dennis loved being "Mr. Mom" for Dylan and they spent countless hours together. A cremation and memorial service have taken place on July 1 in Bloomington. Donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of Dennis if friends so desire.
