MARGARET LEE On July 8, 2000, Margaret Lee, widow of Victor Lee, passed away peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 92 years. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Victor and her six siblings. Surviving are her son Elliot and wife Susan with grandsons, James and Michael. Margaret resided in her own home, which she helped her husband build in 1953, until the end. She was the oldest resident on the street. Margaret was a Past Matron of the Jubilee Chapter #27, Order of the Eastern Star, as well as the recording secretary of the Norberry Community Club for many years and worked at Bingo. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the Doctors and staff on 4A South at St. Boniface Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margarets memory, to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St. Winnipeg, R3C 2B7. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13 in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. Interment will follow in St. Vital Cemetery. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
