BERNICE RITA BLOUIN After a gallant fight with cancer, Bernice entered her Heavenly home on Monday, July 10, 2000. Her parents, Florence (1995) and Laurent (1992), along with her brother Roger (1952) formed the welcoming committee. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of her former husband and friend Robert McKean; her beloved sons, Brent McKean (Karen), Robert McKean (Sherry) grandson Billy; and adopted son Steve Krawetz. Her courage and unbending faith will continue to inspire her devoted siblings and extended family. Her numerous friends and relatives will miss her wonderful sense of humour and loyalty. The heart weeps for what it has lost, but the spirit rejoices for what it has found. Bernices spirit will continue to love and protect all who were close to her. Until we meet again, cherished angel, farewell and Godspeed on your new journey. Special thanks to sister, Georgette Krochak and brother Lawrence Blouin and her friends Marlene Wruck and Lois Fysh for their enduring friendship and compassion. Our sincere appreciation for all the prayers and support during Bernices illness. Services will be held on Thursday, July 13 at 1:00 p.m. in the Springs of Living Water Church, 595 Lagimodiere Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital, 409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
