Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUNNY LEE Suddenly our dearest son was taken from us on Saturday, July 8, 2000. Sunny was born March 19, 1994 in Guilin, China. He immigrated to Canada with his mom Danping to join his stepfather Don in October of 1999. He attended kindergarten at Oxford House, MB, and was very proud to receive the first place academic achievement award for his class and also a perfect attendance award. Sunny was sad to say good-bye to his friends and classmates when he moved to Winnipeg. Our Sunny was a kind, considerate, intelligent, energetic, humourous and helpful little boy. He loved playing cards, hockey, soccer, going tobogganing, watching cartoons and listening to bedtime stories. He was always eager to find out more about Pokemon. He loved the thrill of playing in the snow, and was delighted to see all the squirrels, rabbits and birds of spring. He was looking forward to meeting his new relatives, seeing the Rockies and visiting the Tyrell Museum. Sunny was always eager to meet new friends young and old, was very loving to his mom and dad and tried his best at whatever he put his mind to. Sunny will be greatly missed by his mom Danping; his stepfather Don; his father Liang Riu; grandfathers, Zeng Guanbao and Eric Lee; grandmother Nie Baogun and aunts, Debbie, Nancy, Liping, Tang Hai Yia and Ni Ni; uncles, Zeng Wen, Zen Yi, Xie Renzhi and David; stepsisters, Nina and Tammy and cousins, Xie Jing and Zong Zicheng. The family would like to thank the emergency patrol, paramedics and the staff at Concordia and Health Sciences Centre Hospitals for their assistance. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bardal Funeral Home, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. A Memorial Service to celebrate Sunnys life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, July 13 at St. Agnes Anglican Church in Carberry, Manitoba. Interment will follow at Carberry Plains Cemetery. BARDAL FUNERAL HOME 843 Sherbrook Street, 774-7474
