BERNICE STANWICK (nee CYNCORA) Mrs. Bernice Stanwick, aged 65 years, beloved wife of Ted of Winnipeg, Man. passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 16, 2000, at the St. Boniface Hospital. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family: her husband Ted; her son Robert and his wife Lisanne of Winnipeg; her daughter Kathy and her husband Robert Ruza of Winnipeg; recently re-united with her daughter Lynne; her sisters, Frances and her husband Steve Warywoda of Eastdale, Man., Sophie and her husband Bernard Picard of Montreal, P.Q., Leona Holyk of Lac du Bonnet; her brothers, Steve and his wife Shirley Cyncora of Mississauga, Ont., Benny Cyncora of West Hill, Ont; also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Stefania Cyncora; her brothers, Jack, Joe, Henry, Louis, Stanley, Jimmy and Teddy; and her sister Pauline Vogel. Prayer service will be held on Wednesday, July 19 (tonight) at 8:00 p.m. at the Sobering Funeral Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 20 at 11:00 a.m., also at the Chapel, with Rev. Fr. Owen Steeves presiding. Interment will follow in the Eastdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, donation in her memory may be made to the Manitoba Heart and Stroke Foundation, 301 - 352 Donald St., Winnipeg, Man. R3B 2H8.
