PHYLLIS M. WARDE (nee DAFOE) Phyllis Warde passed away July 17, 2000, at the age of 88 years. She was predeceased in 1997 by her husband of 60 years, Murray L. Warde. Phyllis is survived by her sister-in-law Leona Fraser and brother-in-law Robert Fraser; nephews, Warde Fraser and Randy Price and their families; her niece Shoanagh Neassey. Born in Winnipeg, Phyllis life with her husband took them from the mines in Northern Manitoba to South America. Phyllis especially enjoyed talking about their experiences and the need to keep a sense of humour when dealing with people from different backgrounds. She enjoyed their retirement in Tsawwassen and their friends and neighbours there. A service will be held in Winnipeg at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice.
