MARIE ELIZABETH ROULETTE Entered into rest on Sunday, July 23, 2000 with her family at her side, Marie Elizabeth Roulette age 61 years of Sandy Bay, Man. Mother was born in Sandy Bay on July 11, 1939. She was predeceased by her parents, Toussant and Catherine; her brothers, Angus & Jean Baptiste and grandson Andrew. She was fostered by Jean and Bernadette Spence (deceased) and the two women she considered her special mothers are Suzanne Starr and Jane Malcolm (deceased). Mother was a respectful, loving and caring person with a good sense of humour. She touched everyones heart with these special qualities. Mothers home was open to anyone. She loved to sing to family, friends, and especially to her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking, catering to social events and gardening which she took pride in. Mother leaves to mourn nine children, Janet (Robert), Richard (Delores), Mary (John), Randy (friend Alison), Bruce (Kim), Perry (Miranda), Dale (Louie), Tina (John), Stacey (Destiny) 41 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and god children, as well as many special friends. Mother will be remembered by all who knew her. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 27 at 4:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Sandy Bay, Man. Interment will follow at the Sandy Bay Cemetery. Father Michael Okwasaoha officiating. Clarkes Funeral Home, Gladstone in care of arrangements.
