Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROBERT JOHN (BOB) EASTOE It is with sadness, we the family announce the passing of our husband, father and grandfather, Robert John (R.J.) Eastoe after a battle with Alzheimers and finally a stroke; at the St. Boniface Hospital on July 31, 2000. He was born on June 28, 1920. Leaving to cherish his memory are his wife of 56 years, Dorothy; daughter Irene(Gary) Houssin and their sons, Michael and Douglas of Calgary; son Murray (Donna) and their son Kevin of Winnipeg; one brother Lindsay (Edith) and friends and relatives. He was predeceased by his brother Russell. Bob was employed at the CN Transcona shops for 29 years as a machinist, retiring in 1980. He was a member of the No. 9 Legion, travelled with the Good Sam Trailer Club, was an avid bowler who loved dancing and good times. Thanks to Dr. M. Cameron and staff on 6A Medicine at St. Boniface Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Friday August 4 at 1:00 p.m., from the Bardal Funeral Chapel, 843 Sherbrook St., with Rev. Richard S.
