Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAXIMILIEN JOSEPH ARTHUR PATRICE LABOSSIERE On Tuesday, August 1, 2000 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 74, Max was called to rest. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, Jill, Jay and Jeff Melynchuk, his pride and joy Montana, along with his surviving brothers, Joe and Lionel; his sister Cecile Carriere; along with numerous nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Max was predeceased by the love of his life Dianne in 1998; his parents, Marguerite and Leon; his brothers Gerard, Jean-Baptist, Viateur, Armand, Leonard; and his sister Valerie Tellier. Max was raised on a small farm in Haywood where he nursed his ailing mother. When she died, he went into trucking and before retirement, worked at Tache Nursing Center. Through the years Max battled many illnesses with his great sense of humour and strength. He loved to get together with family and friends, serve his famous barbecues, camp and fish. A service to celebrate Maxs life will be held on Friday, August 4 at 10:00 a.m. in the P. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 156 Marion St. The family would like to express sincere thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Maxs memory to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, 200-55 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8.
