ANNIE FEDYCK On August 5, 2000, Annie Fedyck passed away at the age of 86. Annie was born December 23, 1913. In 1935 she married Mike Perun. Their son Morris was born in February, 1938. He was killed in an accident in October, 1963. Annie was a very active volunteer cook at the Selkirk Avenue Senior Centre where she used to cook at least three times a week. She also devoted a lot of time to sewing at the Stella Mission until she was no longer able to do so. Annie was predeceased by her husbands, Mike Perun and Nick Fedyck; and also by her brothers, Joe, John, Fred, Stan, and Mike; and also by her parents, John and Sophia. She leaves to mourn her passing her nieces and nephews, Valerie and Brian Noren of Woodlands, and their family Cindy and Jeff Yanke and Gord Noren, Deanna and Harold Kindzierski and family; stepsons, Richard (Marlene) and George Fedyck and stepdaughter Shirley and Joe Arsenault, all of Winnipeg; as well as many other nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 10 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Avenue, with Msgr. Maurice Comeault, P.H.V.F. officiating. Interment to follow in Transcona Cemetery. Cropo Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements 586-8044.
