MAHIN HASHEMI With deepest regret we announce the death of Mahin Hashemi, age 72, beloved mother of Majid Saadatmand; daughter-in-law Chris and grandchildren, Paula and Daniel. She passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, August 4, 2000 in Iran. She leaves behind her husband Hossein; seven children and ten grandchildren. She devoted herself to her family throughout her life. We never had a chance to say goodbye, but she will be with us forever. We love you Mother. A private prayer service was held on Monday, August 7 in Winnipeg.
