ISABELLA (ISABEL) CARR DUGUID April 13, 1908 - August 7, 2000 It is with saddened hearts that we announce the passing of our mom and nana, Isabel Duguid, aged 92 years, on August 7, 2000 at the Betel Home, Selkirk. Left to cherish Isabels memory are her children, Marg (Walter) Wilkowich, Bruce, Irene (Ed) Couture; her daughter-in-law Emily; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur (1974) sons, Arthur Jr. (1992) and Gordon (1996). Isabel will be remembered for her love of travelling and trips to Winnipeg, where she enjoyed such events as Rainbow Stage. Around town she loved to go out for lunch with relatives or her lady friends from the apartment block. Her memory will be forever cherished by her special granddaughter April. At Isabels request cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held in the fall. The family would like to express their appreciation for the care shown to Isabel at the Betel Home over the past few years. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3A 1P6.
