MARGARET EUNICE BAZINIAK With deepest sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother and grandmother, Margaret Eunice Baziniak, on August 8, 2000, at the Deer Lodge Centre, at the age of 67 years. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph and son Jeffrey in 1978; her parents Robert and Henrietta Burgess; sisters, Carol, Zola and Shirley and brothers, Norman and Robert. Left to cherish her memory are son Warren and wife Helen; grandchildren, Brendan and Megan and her daughter Debbie, all of Winnipeg; brother-in-law Robert Gross of Winnipeg and sister-in-law Ella Tymoshchuk of Riverton, Man., as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Margaret was born on July 29, 1933, in Winnipeg, Man. She worked at the Canadian Armed Forces Base in Winnipeg in her early years before settling down to raise a family for 25 years in Progress, Man. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 11, at All Saints Ukrainian Catholic Church in Progress, Rev. Fr. Mark Gnutel will officiate with interment to follow in the churchyard cemetery. The family would like to thank all the nursing staff on Floor 6W at the Deer Lodge Hospital for their tremendous care and support for Margaret and the family during these difficult times. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made in memory of Margaret to the ALS Society of Manitoba, N. 108 North Pavillion, Deer Lodge Centre, 2109 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Man., R3J 0L3.
