WILLIAM (BILL) GIRDLESTONE Mr. Bill Girdlestone, devoted husband and father, passed away peacefully on July 29, 2000 at Riverview Health Centre. He leaves to mourn and cherish his memory his wife Hilda; and son Paul; his niece Johanne (Norm) Leach and their daughters, Sara and Heather; his nephew David (Penny) Square and their daughter Bryn. Bill was predeceased by his daughter Nancy and his son John, his sister Jocelyn and her husband Shath Square. Bill was a manufacturers agent who incorporated his hobby of working with leather to form the Keltic Belt Co. He was liked and respected by all that knew him. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1501 Waverley St. Our most sincere thanks to Lynne Fineman, and to the staff at CancerCare and Riverview Health Centre.
