FRITZ STEINMASSL Fritz passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2000 at the age of 77. Survived by his loving wife Mary; two daughters, Linda Sunde (Chris) of Winnipeg, MB, Nancy Kneubuhler (Stefan) of Mississauga, ON; two grandchildren, Leif and Erica Sunde; two brothers, Franz (Karin), Josef (Herme) and sister Anna (Walter), all of Austria and numerous other relatives. Fritz and Mary were married in 1949 and immigrated to Winnipeg in 1951. Following 30 years as a dedicated employee of Eatons, he and Mary retired to Kelowna, BC. An honest and hardworking man, who found satisfaction in a simple life, he never hesitated to help others. He cherished his family and home above all. His generosity, kindness and sense of humour will be sadly missed. A private family service will be held.
