I worked for/with Doris, her husband, Gerry (and his brother, Maurice & his wife, Lucille), at the "Fireside Lounge" inside the "Club 4" hotel, on Manitoba Ave, from 1983-1986. (I came up with the "Club 4" name & they accepted that name to change from the former. I thought of the name, as there were the four owners). Doris was a wonderful boss. (Gerry, Maurice & Lucille, were also so wonderful to work for). I thought of Doris today and looked for her name, only to find her obituary. My deepest sympathies to Doris & Gerry's family. I will always think of Doris (& Gerry, Maurice & Lucille), with the fondest of memories. "Adieu Doris". - Posted by: Barbara (Former Employeee) on: Oct 16, 2014
