ERMA IRENE BAKER HAGUE (nee BLIGHT) On August 2, 2000 Erma passed away peacefully in the Peace Arch Hospital in Whiterock, B.C. Erma was born on July 21, 1923 to Hugh and Eva Blight of Oakville. She is predeceased by her parents, husbands, Mac Baker and Byran Hague, Brother Bill and sister-in-law Mabel Blight. Left to cherish her memories and treasure her caring legacy are her daughter Cathy (David) Allan of Langley; children, Matthew Allan, Tarayn (Jason) Johnson and daughter Summer and son Brian (Karen) Baker of Whiterock; children Brent and Courtney. Erma lived life to the fullest, was supportive and nonjudgemental, her kindness was never ending. She will be remembered and sadly missed by her brother Dick Blight partner Florence Eddie of Port Coquitlam; nephews Bob (Kathy) Blight and family of Winnipeg; Clayton (Lorie) Blight and family of Shellbrook, Saskatchewan, Doug Blight of Toronto; step son Colin Hague and family. A celebration of Ermas life was held in her back yard at Whiterock, B.C. on August 11, 2000. Interment will be held at the Oakville Cemetery on August 20, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. at which time her many Manitoba friends and relatives are welcome to join the continuation of the Celebration of Life for Erma at the Oakville Senior Centre. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation, 1-5521 Russell Avenue, Whiterock, B.C. V4B 2R4
