Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES (JIM) SEMENCHUK Accidentally on Friday, August 11, 2000 in Winnipeg, James (Jim) Semenchuk, husband of Joyce, father of Ron (Michele) of Martensville, SK, Wendy (Bill) Teerhuis and Kevin (Chris) of Winnipeg; grandfather to Kyle and Nicole Semenchuk, and Jason and Kristopher Teerhuis; passed away at the age of 68 years. Predeceased by his parents, John and Josie Semenchuk; and his brothers, John and Sam. He is survived by his sisters, Aggie Semenchuk of Ottawa, ON, Jean Gillan of Gravenhurst, ON; and brother Steve Semenchuk of Winnipeg. Jim was born in , MB on February 27, 1932. He officially retired from the CPR on November 2, 1987 after 35 years of service, and continued to reside in the St. Andrews area until his demise. A special thank you to the organizers and participants of the AT&T Canada Senior Open for their kind recognition and sharing in our loss. Jims volunteering spirit, his love for his children and grandchildren, plus his satisfaction in seeing things grow and flourish, can continue to live on whereby in lieu of donations, please help a child or plant a tree.
