Craig will be lovingly remembered by his wife Melissa; his children, Shirley, Shauna-Lynn and Daniel; his stepchildren, Brandi and Mitchell; his parents Daniel and Lucy Anderson; his brother Kevin (Shannon) of Winnipeg; his half-sisters, Anne-Marie Chartrand of Winnipeg, Shannon and Lisa Hillier of Flin Flon; grandmother Bella Anderson of Fairford; mother and father-in-law Doreen and Edward Thompson of Fairford; brothers-in-law, Spooky (Kathy) Thompson of Fairford and Patrick (Donna) Thompson of Winnipeg; sisters-in-law, Valerie (Archie) Letandre of Fairford and Cynthia (Scott) Thompson of Winnipeg; special niece Darian and nephew Drake; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Craig was the eldest son to Danny and Lucy, he was born in Winnipeg on October 27, 1971, and was raised in a Christian home in Fairford. Craig was a strong believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. On his frequent visits to his parents home in Fairford, it was there that he met his wife Melissa. Two years after they met, they were married on May 22, 1999. Craig loved to spend time with his family and was overjoyed with the birth of his children. Craig was an avid hunter who loved being outdoors in the fall. In his spare time he enjoyed working on his car. Previously he worked as a truck driver where he travelled across Canada and the United States. He was recently employed with a company where he was in training in the Oasis Computer Tracking System. His new employment would have enabled him to spend more time with his family. He was predeceased by his grandfathers, Charlie John Anderson (1989), Andre Chartrand (1953) and grandmother Pauline Chartrand (1969). Craig, we will always remember your smiling face and great sense of humour. You have filled our lives with wonderful memories that we will always cherish. Rest in peace Craig, you are now in the hands of the Lord. Wake services will be held on Friday, August 18, at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 19, at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Fairford School Gymnasium, Fairford, Man., with Pastor Marvin Simmons officiating. Interment will follow at St. Helens Anglican Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to ANDERSON FAMILY FUNERAL HOME Ashern, Man. 1-204-768-3606
