BERT WING Bert Wing passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 12, 2000. Bert was born in Werner, Alberta in 1914. As a young man he went to Hong Kong with his parents and returned years later. He went into the grocery business and later operated a gift and variety store. In the forties and fifties, Bert coached and managed girls and boys baseball teams. He was a very active man and had many friends. He is survived by his loving wife Mary and many nieces and nephews in Edmonton, Hong Kong and Port Albernie, B.C. Cremation has taken place.
