LEON JOSEPH DELUDE Peacefully on Tuesday, August 15, 2000, at the Arborg Hospital, Leon passed away at the age of 86 years. Leon was born November 20, 1913, in Fannystelle, MB. He moved to Fisher Branch at the age of 14 years, along with his sister, Josephine, to help on the farm of their grandparents. He farmed there until two weeks before he was admitted to Arborg Hospital. He loved farming and flying. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Josephine; his sisters, Josephine and Sister Celine Delude; brother Henry; and a brother and sister in infancy. He is survived by three sisters, Jean, Lisa and Theresa; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 19 at 2:30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Fisher Branch, MB. Interment to follow, in the Roman Catholic cemetery, Rev. David Kowalski officiating. In lieu of flowers, friends and family may make donations to the Fisher Branch Personal Care Home, Fisher Branch, MB.
