Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOLA BEATRICE MOLLOY Lola Beatrice Molloy, 74, of Arroyo Grande passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2000, at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer. Visitation will be held Friday, August 18 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel in Grover Beach, California. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Patricks Catholic Church on Saturday, August 19 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Joseph Butters officiating. Burial will be at the Arroyo Grande Cemetery. Mrs. Molloy was born in Winnipeg on September 9, 1925. She moved from Canada to the United States in 1980 and became an American citizen. She had lived in Arroyo Grande for the past three years, moving there from San Jose. Her greatest loves were her family and living in California. Mrs. Molloy was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church where she was an Eucharistic Minister. She is survived by five children, Susan Dudley of Manila, Philippine Islands, Dan Molloy and wife, Gloria Andrews, of Toronto, Douglas Molloy and wife Barbara of Delta, B.C., Michael Molloy and wife Jennifer of Meaford, ON, and Terrence Molloy and wife Jane of Brampton, ON; one sister-in-law Marie Cumming of Oakland; six grandchildren, Conor Molloy, Meghan Molloy, Emily Molloy, Thomas Molloy, Stephanie Molloy and Mitchell Molloy. Flowers are welcome or memorial donation may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 1428 Phillips Lane, Ste. 201, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Arrangements are under the direction of Marshall-Spoo Sunset Funeral Chapel in Grover Beach.
