Predeceased by her parents Bill and Marie Phillips; Constance will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dr. Lloyd Moorhead; son Dr. Richard Moorhead and grandchildren, Danielle and Gage; daughter Kimberly Peterson and son-in-law Paul, grandchildren, Alyssa and Abbey; brother Ron Phillips; sister Rose Coubrough; niece Joy Coubrough; nephew Bill Coubrough and wife Rachel and great-nephew Dane; cousins, Joyce Maryk and family and Art Serediuk and family. Constance was a former member of the Manitoba Chiropractic Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Transcona Kinettes. She loved spending time at the family cottage, and especially loved time with her grandchildren and being with her family. You will be very missed mom, but remembered by your beautiful smile and sparkling eyes. Special thanks to Dr. Krepart and nurses and hospital staff on WRS 5 for taking such wonderful care of our mom, as well as VON nurses, Darlene and Ann. We would also like to thank special friends, Gisela and John Monteith, John and Ann Kos, Joyce and Ken Dalkie, Lillian and Ken Allan, Bill and Corrine Richardson, the numerous people who sent cards, flowers and prayers during the past eight months. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations in Constances name may be made to a charity of ones choice. It breaks our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone For part of us went with you The day God called you home. Though your smile is gone forever And your hand we cannot touch We will never lose the memory Of one we loved so much. Thanks for the loving years you gave us The happy time we shared We all pray that when you left us You knew how much we cared. Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same. But as God calls us one by one The chain will link again. Arrangements entrusted to: GLEN EDEN FUNERAL HOME 4477 MAIN STREET 338-7111
