Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBRIAN THOMAS ANDERSON (Sparky) 1958 - 2000 Tragically on August 22, 2000 as a result of a motor vehicle accident, we sadly announce the passing of Brian Thomas Anderson, beloved husband and dear father. Brian was born in Winnipeg on June 7, 1958 and attended school in North Kildonan. He was baptized in the Christian faith and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church. Brian worked in the banking industry for many years and was presently employed with Manitoba Housing. Brian was a pillar of strength in the community of Oakbank and its hockey association. He loved the outdoors, was an avid fisherman and golfer. He was also a member of the Keystone Harley owners group and loved to ride his motorcycle. Brian was always very proud of his children and their accomplishments, urging them to achieve their very best. Brian leaves to mourn his wife of 20 years Susan (Duseigne) children, Brendan, Stephanie, Ashley and Matthew; his parents, Gordon and Ruth Anderson; brothers, Terry (Pam), Adrian (Leslie) four nephews, Michael, Lyle, Alexander and Patrick; mother and father-in-law, Albert and Shirley Duseigne; sister-in-law Brenda Duseigne; brothers-in-law, George (Angie) and Albert (Amanda) Duseigne. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Special thanks to the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at H.S.C. "Hell always be remembered As a man, both strong and good, Who gave his best for others And who did the best he could. Hell always be remembered For all the joy he brought, As a man who made a difference And a man who meant a lot." Funeral service 10:00 am. Friday, August 25 at Grace Lutheran Church, 211 Kimberly Ave., with Pastor Bruce Gelhorn officiating. Interment Brookside Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
