PAUL FEDOROVICH Passed away peacefully during the evening of August 22, 2000. Born on November 26, 1914 in the Mink Creek district of rural Manitoba. He is survived by his sons Ken (Pat) and Sid (Vivian), Linda Bruce of Ottawa, Ont.; their mother Pearl; grandchildren, Shelly, Jennifer and Jeff; his sisters, Katherine Fedorovich, Nellie Storozuk and Lil (Mike) Balak, as well as many nieces and nephews. Paul was predeceased by his sister Mary Kozak. His life experiences included, gowing up on the family farm and working throught the great depression. Those times helped develop stories and anecdotes that he enjoyed sharing and provided numerous hours of entertainment. His favorite times included "the good old Zohria Hall Midnite Frolic". Paul worked for over 30 years under the physically demanding conditions as a labourer at Dominion, Prairie and Thor Foundries in Winnipeg. His active retirement years allowed him the pleasures of listening to old time fiddling music and attending Saturday night dances. Devine Liturgy will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. in Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 390 Marion St., with Rev. Fr. John Mostivsky, Celebrant. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pauls memory to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6.
