Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARA KATHERINE HUGET (nee BAUMLER) It is with sorrow and sadness that the family announces the passing of Clara Huget, aged 89, on August 23, 2000, after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband Cecil in 1989 and son-in-law Keith in 1997. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her children: daughters, Marlene Rae (Jim) and Diane Barker; sons, Bob (Betty), Jerry (Sandy), and Ron (Margaret) as well as 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Surviving also are two sisters, Marie Eastman and Nanie Voss; and sisters-in-law, Ann Baumler and Florence Baumler. She was a former longtime resident of Morley Avenue, Fort Rouge. At the time of her passing she was a resident of Golden West Centennial Lodge. The family would like to thank the staff at the lodge for all their kindness and the loving care she received while living there. Funeral services will be held at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., on August 28 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, friends may make a donation in her memory to The Salvation Army Memorial Fund, 500-55 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8, or to a charity of their choice.
