Peacefully at the Moog and Friends Hospice House in Penticton, British Columbia on Sunday, August 20, 2000, in her 87th year. Daughter of the late Adam and Alma Hilton. Predeceased by brothers Paul, Leonard and Jorma; and sister Sylvia. Beloved wife of the late Dr. James Grant Robertson and loving mother of Jamie (Jill) Robertson of Okanagan Falls, B.C., Brian (Sandra) Robertson of Maberly, Ontario, Syd Robertson of Perth, Ontario, Carol (Randy) Robertson Baker of Edmonton, Alberta. Irma will be sadly missed by all her children and their spouses, her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends in Canada, Finland and abroad. We will fondly remember her as an accomplished linguist, and world traveler who also enjoyed the quiet summers at Lac Sam. Her cremation took place on Tuesday, August 22, 2000 in Penticton.
