Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES GILBERT FORRESTER Passed away at the age of 73 years on August 25, 2000 at the Emerson Hospital. Jim Forrester of Emerson, MB leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife Thelma; daughters, Heather (Jay) Curle of Winnipeg, Frances (Kelly) Gorrell of Emerson; sons, Jonathon (Liz) of Emerson, Daniel (Elsa) of La Broquerie, Kenneth (Sheila) of Woodlands, MB; son-in-law Laurie (Diane) Youzwa of East Selkirk, MB; grandchildren, Ken (Jayme), Aaron, Lisa, Brian, Willy, Daniella, K.C., Ricky, Thomas, Marjorie, Adam, Donovan, and great-grandchildren, Bradley and Allison. He was predeceased by one daughter Patricia Youzwa. Jim was a R.O.P. Inspector for 17 years and a lifetime member of the B.P.O. Elks. Jim was also a HAM Operator for many years with his call sign being VE4JGF. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Andrews United Church in Emerson, with interment of cremated remains to follow in the Emerson Cemetery.
