On Friday, August 25, 2000, at his home, Bill passed away after a long battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn his mother Judith Dabbs of Winnipeg; daughter Deborah and family of Ottawa; brother Richard (Wilma) niece Carolyn and family of Ottawa; nephew Mike and family, all of Winnipeg. Bill will be sadly missed. Cremation on Wednesday, August 30 (today) at the Parksville Funeral Chapel in Parksville, BC.
