STANLEY KALYNCHUK On Saturday, August 26, 2000, Stanley passed away peacefully with his family at his side. He struggled valiantly with courage and dignity. He was an inspiration for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by his sons, James, Kerry, Kelly and Cindy, Kenny and Sherri and daughter Kim and Timo; his grandchildren, Alysia, Kyle, Melissa, Kirsi, Colyn and Tyler; brothers and sisters, Victoria, Eddie, Walter, Alex, Victor, Libby, Genie and Greg and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Alexander and Mary, his beloved wife Marie and his brother George. Stanley was born in Winnipeg on September 24, 1929. He married Marie and together had 40 wonderful years. They raised five children, and he enjoyed spending time teasing all his grandchildren. He worked at Rothesay Rendering for numerous years. He also enjoyed fishing with his sons and grandson Kyle. He spent many years coaching hockey; he also enjoyed bowling. He had a lot of close friends at Gable Arms and enjoyed calling Bingo and playing Hola. We are at peace knowing our mom and dad are together again, for eternity. Service to celebrate his life will be Saturday, September 2, at 1:00 p.m. at Knysh Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main St. 582-0973.
